• 🔹 Scaling DApps with POA Network – Igor Barinov shared insights on Ethereum’s scalability challenges and potential solutions, including sidechains. The discussion covered the structure and economics of POA Network, its impact on transaction costs and confirmation speed, and a real-world use case in the gaming industry with DrugWars.

• 🔹 Solving the User Contacts Problem in Cryptocurrencies – Roman Ovcharenko explored the challenges of building a contact management system for Bitcoin wallets. The session covered BIP-47, private address exchange via notification transactions, and cryptographic mechanisms for decentralized contact lists.

• 🔹 Developing Blockchain Applications in Rust – Roman Shirochenko introduced Exonum, a Rust-based framework for enterprise blockchains. Topics included BFT consensus, node role models, the anchoring mechanism via Bitcoin, and use cases in registries and auctions. A hands-on code review demonstrated how to build a blockchain service using Rust.

• 🔹 Building Enterprise Blockchains on the Tendermint Platform – Sergey Potekhin explained how Tendermint simplifies blockchain development by separating Core and Application and enabling communication via ABCI. The session covered real-world implementations in logistics, data management, and achieving 10,000 TPS in enterprise systems.
