Dev Meetup Moscow #5

At the fifth Dev Meetup Moscow, speakers discussed blockchain application development in Java and the legal aspects of Security Token Offering (STO).

• Security Token Offering (STO) is a tool for attracting investments into blockchain projects while complying with legal regulations. Max Bozhko covered the process of issuing security tokens, regulatory aspects, and platforms that facilitate their launch.

• Ivan Penkin introduced Exonum Java Binding, a tool for developing smart contracts in Java using the Exonum blockchain framework. His talk covered key concepts, node setup, working with private blockchains, and their integration with public networks.
