Liquid Staking

Liquid Staking is a mechanism that allows users to stake tokens to secure a blockchain network while simultaneously retaining liquidity through derivative tokens. These tokens represent staked assets and can be freely traded or used within decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Liquid staking addresses the low-liquidity issue associated with traditional staking by providing users with additional flexibility and earning opportunities. The resulting tokens can be traded, utilized in DeFi applications, or held as collateral.
