DAO

DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is a form of organization governed by smart contracts and distributed voting, without centralized control. In a DAO, decisions are made collectively by participants based on their votes, with rules encoded on the blockchain for transparency and immutability. DAOs can be used to manage decentralized projects, fund initiatives, and coordinate resources without relying on a central authority. Incentive mechanisms and token-based participation enable communities to collectively govern digital and physical assets in an autonomous manner.
